Garlic Oil

Description

Garlic essential oil is obtained by the steam distillation of bulbs of Allium sativum. The oil is a pale yellow to brownish yellow liquid with a characteristic alliaceous odour. The oil consists mainly of allyl sulphides. The product is mainly used in flavour applications.
